Flexifoil Repair Service

What To Do …

  • Do not send the kite to your local dealer as they will not be able to repair your kite.
  • Do not include loose, undamaged components like the bag, handles or flying line or any loose spars.
  • Return your kite in a clean & dry (free of sand) condition.
  • Ensure that your kite is properly packaged, stamped, addressed and insured (in case of loss). Flexifoil cannot accept responsibility for kites that fail to arrive or are damaged in transit.

You Must Include The Following Items

  • Your name, full postal address, daytime contact phone number or email address.
  • Your kite will be fully examined to ascertain what work is required.
  • We will then contact you, letting you know exactly what work is required and the cost.
  • If you wish to proceed we will request payment. This will be taken via credit or debit card – for security reasons (ideally) these details will be received over the phone. Flexifoil are able to accept all credit debit cards apart from American Express (AMEX).
