What To Do To Claim Your Free Repair

  • Do not send the kite to your local dealer as they will not be able to process your claim.
  • Do not include loose, undamaged components like the bag, handles or flying line or any loose spars.
  • Return your kite in a clean & dry (free of sand) condition.
  • Ensure that your kite is properly packaged, stamped, addressed and insured (in case of loss). Flexifoil cannot accept responsibility for kites that fail to arrive or are damaged in transit.

Flexifoil's water relaunchable kites (i.e. Ion, Atom, AH pro), Flexifoil Buggy, Kite landboards and the Kitesurf Boards are not covered under the one month free repair offer.

You Must Include The Following Items

  • The original shop receipt or credit card slip / credit card statement, with name and address of the shop, purchase date, kite type purchased and price paid. If you do not include a valid receipt the kite will NOT be repaired free of charge.
  • The completed free of charge repair voucher
  • Your name, full postal address, daytime contact phone number or email address.
  • A description of the problem and how it was caused
  • Your kite will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible and returned to you completely FREE of charge. (The choice whether to repair or replace your kite rests solely with Flexifoil)
