If would prefer to send your kite to a UK address, please sent it to:
Flexifoil Repair Dept, Unit 9 Silverglade Business Park, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, Surrey KT9 2QL.

Please note: if you choose to do this, it will add approximately five working days to the repair turn around time.

IMPORTANT: If you send us your kitefrom outside the European Community, you must state clearly on the parcel that IT IS A TEMPORARY IMPORT (OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE) FOR REPAIR PURPOSES AND THAT IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AFTER REPAIR. (If this is not done you may be charged import duty.) Flexifoil International is not responsible for any import (or shipping) related charges. Any charges that cannot be claimed back easily will be charged to your credit card prior to shipment.
